Illegal building: housing unit demolished without a permit.
It happened in Agerola where – in execution of a demolition order issued by the Torre Annunziata court – a building constructed on a pre-existing structure was demolished.
The property had been used as a garage, which had been built to extend the rear area for a surface area of approximately 10 square meters, completed internally and externally and transformed, consisting of a living room-kitchen area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room, furnished and occupied by a family unit.
Furthermore, in the upper part another building was being built illegally and was also being demolished. The demolished building was located in via Madonnelle, in a seismic zone protected by landscape-environmental restrictions.
”In this case – they report from the Torre Annunziata Public Prosecutor's Office – a conviction for abuse dating back to 2009 was carried out. Thanks also to the incessant awareness-raising work carried out by this office, the demolition, for the umpteenth time, took place by the owner of the abusive building under a self-demolition regime, without advance payment of expenses by the interested Municipality and the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti”.
