The Naples Police Chief has issued 7 orders prohibiting access to public establishments or places of public entertainment pursuant to art. 13 bis of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, for periods ranging from 6 months to 2 years, against an equal number of people between the ages of 16 and 22.
People who on the night of February 2, 2022, at a restaurant in Discesa Coroglio, had taken part in a fight, and were therefore reported for aggravated brawl and aggravated damage; one of them had also been reported for aggravated threat and carrying weapons or objects capable of causing offence.
Furthermore, another provision pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, lasting 3 years, was issued against a 44-year-old Neapolitan who was arrested on December 21, in via Speranzella, for drug dealing.
These measures, prepared by the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters, include a ban on accessing public establishments or places of public entertainment in the streets where the events took place, as well as on staying in their immediate vicinity.
