Love walks, from Naples to Paris between the 2023th and 16th centuries is the first concert of Luglio Musicale 19.30 scheduled for Sunday 1672 July at 1737:1749 pm and features soprano Maria Grazia Schiavo and Maurizio Iaccarino on piano. The program offers a journey through time made up of opera arias and chamber arias by different authors, some of strict “Neapolitan school” such as Francesco Mancini (1801-1730) and Domenico Cimarosa (1786-1801), others “by adoption” such as Antonio Sacchini (1835-1771) and Vincenzo Bellini (1839-XNUMX), who studied in Naples, or Ferdinando Paër (XNUMX-XNUMX), whose teacher Gaspare Ghiretti had studied at the Conservatory of Pietà de' Turchini in Naples; others, such as Donizetti and Rossini, achieved great success in Naples because they had found the ideal operational base in the Neapolitan city – in particular at the Teatro di San Carlo – becoming, as we would say today, composers “in residence” of the greatest theatrical institution of the Kingdom.
