Lager Kennel in Casaluce, Intervention Requested by the Chief Prosecutor of Naples North

Over 500 at risk animals, locked in a concentration camp kennel, hunger, thirst and death by starvation.

Together with other animal rights associations, such as Stop Animal Crimes, also with the intervention of the vice president of the Chamber and former Minister Hon. Sergio Costa for the M5S, the local leaders of the Animalist Party in the person of Carmine Munno have been reporting for some time to the Prosecutor's Office, the Carabinieri and the Authorities the need to collect the animals and entrust them to animal rights associations, many of which have already given their free availability to have them in custody for the entire duration of the investigations or a possible future trial.

It all started over a month ago, after complaints and reports, Asl and judicial police were able to ascertain how a Casaluce facility manages animals in a real kennel lager, Munno reports how some dogs and puppies were found dead, perhaps victims of hunger, already in September when ASL and Authorities intervened. Even the Italian Animalist Party, with the lawyer Ceriello, intervened with its report and a few days ago the Carabinieri forestali were also alerted, finding themselves outside the facility but without being able to enter.

However, the animals have been there for some time, it is not clear in what conditions, images from above taken by volunteers have shown the state of serious insecurity of the structure and it is necessary to intervene immediately, every hour is precious, Munno underlines, it is necessary to act immediately.

This is why the request to take over the investigations or to meet the associations "ad horas" was brought to the table of Dr. Troncone, as Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Naples North, every minute is precious.
