In the neighborhood of Fuorigrotta a Napoli, near via Cintia, yet another illegal dumping of waste has taken place. The occupant of a white van dumped an enormous quantity of bags containing, probably, waste material.
A resident who turned to the Green-left alliance MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli witnessed the scene: “I would like to inform you of this outrage that occurred in Via Beniamino Guidetti, San Paolo Park. A white van pulled up to the dumpsters, which until then had been completely empty, and unloaded a large quantity of garbage bags and boxes.”
“The witness also gave us the license plate number of the vehicle and so we reported everything to the Environmental Police. – declares Borrelli -. In this area the phenomenon of illegal dumping is a constant and we have been reporting it for years. We need video traps to catch uncivilized people and polluters and, above all, more severe sanctions and sentences for environmental crimes otherwise nothing will ever change”.
