On November 8th at the Palapartenope Theater, concert with Gigi Finizio, Franco Ricciardi, Rosario Miraggio and many others to support little Angela Paolillo.
On November 8th at 21 pm at the Palapartenope Theatre, the event “The Magic of Christmas is Called Angela” will be held, a charity concert by SPA – Società per amore, to support little Angela. Angela, 7 years old, lost a leg following an accident; during a party on the terrace of a restaurant, her leg was crushed by a slab of marble, causing her a very serious crushing trauma to the right lower limb, and the subsequent amputation of the same. Before this tragic event, Angela, like many girls her age, loved to dance and swim and would love to be able to do it again… For over a year, she has been “accompanied” only by the standard prosthesis, but to return to her passions she needs different and much more expensive prostheses. The national health system only provides the standard prosthesis, which simply allows her to walk. The prostheses that would allow her to dance, swim and move freely are very expensive and will have to be replaced following the different stages of growth, approximately one every year. Until the completion of her development, Angela will need about 30 prosthetics. The charity concert, which was attended by Gigi Finizio, Franco Ricciardi, Rosario Miraggio, Ciccio Merolla, Monica Sarnelli, Mister Hyde and Mavi will not only have the aim of raising funds to support Angela in her journey, but will also be a way to raise awareness among all of us and the public opinion on the issue of disability and the difficulties that families are forced to face.
Angela, like all children, has the right to a happy childhood made of dancing, running and freedom of movement, we support her dream of going back to dancing!
