In view of Christmas, the Department of Youth Policies and Labor of the Municipality of Naples renews the solidarity initiative "Giocattolo Sospeso".
The initiative, now a tradition in the city, allows anyone who wants to donate a toy or a book to children in difficulty to do so quickly and easily.
Toys and books can be purchased at the shops participating in the initiative, the list of which is published on the website of the Municipality of Naples, or online on the platform https://unpaniereperte.it/categoria-prodotto/giochi/
“Il Giocattoli Sospeso is an initiative that is very close to our hearts – says Councilor Chiara Marciani – in the last two years donations have grown a lot and have reached an ever-increasing number of children.
This shows that the solidarity of Neapolitan citizens is always alive and present. It is our task as institutions to collect these solidarity impulses and channel them so that they can offer a moment of serenity to those who need it most".
The toys and books collected will be distributed to families in difficulty through the social services of the Municipality of Naples.
