“Dialect and school” is the theme of the first appointment in the series of meetings on the protection and valorization of the Neapolitan linguistic heritage, a project born from the synergy between the scientific committee appointed by the Campania Region, composed of Maurizio de Giovanni, Nicola De Blasi, Francesco Montuori, Rita Librandi, Nicola Franzese, and the Campania dei Festival Foundation directed by Ruggero Cappuccio.
Protagonists of the opening event, scheduled for today at 16pm at the MUSAP-Polytechnic Art Circle, in Trieste and Trento square (Zapata Palace) in Naples, will be Giovanni Ruffino (University of Palermo and president of the Center for Sicilian Philological and Linguistic Studies) and Pietro Maturi (Federico II University of Naples). The entire program of the nine free-entry meetings, which will be held until May 27 in the same place and at the same time, is available on the website Fondazionecampaniadeifestival.it.
