Contemporary Speech 2024 at its fifth edition: from 24 to 26 October at the Teatro Pasolini in Salerno, the musical festival organized by Progetto Sonora. This unmissable event offers three evenings full of innovation and musical experimentation. The aim of these evenings is to trace new routes between tradition and modernity, making distinct musical genres dialogue.
Opening with the project “Culla e Tempesta” by Faraualla
The festival begins on October 24 with the vocal quartet Faraualla, known for their mastery of vocal polyphony. With the project “Culla e Tempesta”, the group brings to the stage a fascinating fusion of polyphony and vocal traditions, creating sound universes that explore the voice as an instrument of infinite expressive power.
The Musical Journey of the Solis String Quartet and the Tribute to Ella & Louis
On October 25, the Solis String Quartet with “4or Solis” will lead the audience through a musical experience that celebrates the contamination of genres, blending classical, jazz, world music and pop in an evening of rare refinement. Closing the event, on October 26, there will be a tribute to Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong with “Ella & Louis”, which will see the extraordinary participation of the singer Emilia Zamuner together with Carlo Lomanto, Marco Sannini and Vittoria Lomonaco.
