The President of the Order of Journalists of Sicily Roberto Gueli, during the award ceremony for the 'Tax Legality' prize held in the great hall of the Court of Appeal of the Tribunal of Palermo, made some important statements.

Gueli emphasized the importance of the concept of legality for the Order of Journalists, highlighting how the institution operates within a former residence of the notorious mafia boss Riina, now dedicated to journalists engaged in researching and disseminating accurate and ethical news. “In the headquarters of the Order, in reference to legality and with the desire to practice authentic and concrete journalism, we have set up an exhibition dedicated to Sicilian colleagues who are victims of the mafia. The common thread of legality connects the Order of Journalists to this award, to which I renew my compliments.”
