Naples. Renato Caiafa will remain in prison on charges of killing his childhood friend, Arcangelo Correra. This was the decision of the judges of the Naples Court of Review, who the other afternoon rejected the requests for release presented by his lawyer, criminal lawyer Giuseppe De Gregorio, who has no choice but to appeal to the Supreme Court of Cassation.
The investigation by the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, with the Flying Squad and PM Ciro Capasso at work, aims to discover what happened on the night of November 9 in Piazzetta Sedil Capuano. The investigation into the murder of Arcangelo Correra is becoming more intense and is bringing to light new disturbing details. Investigations that have brought to light new elements that confirm the hypothesis of eventual intent: Caiafa knew he was handling a loaded weapon and should have foreseen the consequences of his actions.
