With a gross of 10.461.837 euros and a total of 1.427.225 spectators, 'Diamanti' has won the title of the highest-grossing Italian film of 2024. Ferzan Ozpetek's work is on track to surpass the box office record previously set by 'La finestra di fronte', which in 2003 reached 10.800.000 euros.

Yesterday, January 6, 'Diamanti' continued to shine at the box office, recording over 750 thousand euros in takings during its third week of programming. The film thus climbed the charts, receiving warm ovations from the public throughout Italy. 'Diamanti' also ranks as the second highest-grossing film for an Italian film in the post-pandemic period, after 'C'è ancora domani' by Paola Cortellesi, which totaled 37 million euros thanks to the distribution of Vision Distribution.

Massimo Proietti, CEO of Vision Distribution, commented on the film's success, stating: “It has been a fantastic journey that clearly does not end today.
