PAGANI – A 54-year-old man is officially under investigation for the shooting of a 48-year-old man in the leg, which occurred last November near Parco Arancio, in via Filettine: the victim, with a criminal record for drugs, was shot in both legs and rescued by 118 personnel, who urgently transported him to the “Umberto I” hospital.
The man under investigation today was initially arrested only for illegal possession of a firearm. However, during the subsequent search, he allegedly admitted his involvement in the wounding, leading the Prosecutor's Office to investigate further.
Investigators are now reconstructing the exact dynamics of the incident to clarify any motives and responsibilities, while the investigative activity continues to shed full light on the affair.
