Seizure of the illegal plant
The investigations revealed that the sports facility, intended for padel, lacked the necessary authorizations for the coverage of 1.100 square meters. In addition, further irregularities emerged, including the unauthorized construction of three structures used as offices, refreshments and changing rooms, with surfaces of 27, 20 and 12 square meters respectively. The ongoing construction of a canopy in iron boxes over an additional surface of approximately 100 square meters was also found.

The entire area was seized pursuant to Article 321 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for violations of Articles 44 and 92 of the Consolidated Law on Building.
