In Ischia, insults to the police on social media: 6 reports. The insults came after the complaint to a fan leader for an unauthorized party
The Ischia Police reported 6 people for insulting the authorities via social networks.
The incident arose from the celebration for the centenary of the foundation of Ischia Calcio (held last September 19th in Ischia Ponte) which was later revealed to have been organised without any authorisation and for which a detailed complaint was subsequently filed with the judicial authorities for a fan leader.
In the following days, the news of the measure taken against the organizer of the event was reported by several Facebook profiles of newspapers and television stations on the island and the six people reported are considered responsible for having posted insulting comments about the authorities and the police.
Yesterday the six were questioned at the police station in Via delle Terme in Ischia Porto and subsequently reported to the judicial authorities for violation of article 342 of the penal code.
Meanwhile, investigations continue to ascertain all responsibilities in relation to the organization of the party which was found to be in fact devoid of any administrative or security authorization.
