KamAak, together with an ensemble of strings, wind instruments and percussion, recently performed in the sails of Scampia which in recent years have become a true "open-air theater" where, through art and culture, positive messages of hope are launched for the territory and beyond.
The performance, with a repertoire of neo-classical music of unpublished compositions, involved, among the members of the orchestra, some young talents from the Scampia Music High School “Melissa Bassi”; an institution very active in the area that supported and supported the initiative in the person of the director Domenico Mazzella di Bosco.
"We want to bring poetry, the beauty of classical music, of orchestral instruments in totally new and unusual environments, involving especially those who would not easily come to the theater. It is from these synergies that strong experiences of great social and cultural impact are born, first and foremost for us musicians" Stella Manfredi and Luigi Castiello of KamAak tell us about it.

Thus, in the wake of the positive opening of the Scampia University Complex of Federico II of Naples, and of the many social and cultural activities carried out by the dozens of associations that operate in that area, we continue with the objective of extrapolating the great potential of the province, and in general of all the suburbs, removing the negative stereotypes that have afflicted the neighborhood for decades.
“Avòta”, the third video-single, made together with the director Anna Castiello, completes the “Imperfect Disconnect” trilogy published by the INRI Classic label, and will be presented exclusively live on November 27, 2022 with an INRI Classic showcase at the Heracles Gymnasium (via Padova 21, 18:30 pm) during the Milan Music Week.
