To “get even” with a Rolex robber he shot, he gets his son to shoot him in the leg.
This also emerges from the precautionary custody order with which the investigating judge Napoli Giuseppe Sepe has ordered two arrests in prison and five under house arrest against seven people, three of whom are accused of having robbed, armed with a gun, two very expensive Rolex, Submariner from 25.000 euros and a GMT Master in rose gold from 30 thousand euros.
The arrests in prison – notified by the Flying Squad of Naples, who carried out the investigations – concerning the brothers Ciro and Nicola Minieri accused of the Rolex robberies along with Raffaele D'Avino for whom house arrest has been ordered. The same precautionary measure has also been imposed for Louis Ammendola, Nicodemus DeStefano e Francis Pio Miano, accused instead of possession and illegal carrying of a firearm in a public place (two pistols), in competition with Nicola Minieri and a group of minors.
The discovery of the mini feud thanks to environmental interceptions
The Flying Squad traces the group thanks to an environmental interception. It all begins with the wounding, by gunshots, of 22-year-old Ciro Minieri by the man who then, to avoid suffering his revenge, decides to have his son shoot him.
However, the boy does not follow the instructions correctly and to suture the wound in the hospital it will take about thirty stitches. And in any case, the one who wounded Ciro Minieri does not obtain the desired result and the brothers decide to plan an ambush anyway to avenge the wounding by disguising it with the robbery of the Rolex Daytona watch that the man usually wore.
