Illegal shop windows in Secondigliano: complaints are filed

This morning the officers of the Secondigliano Police Station, personnel of the Secondigliano Operational Units, the Local Police of the Municipality of Naples and the ASL

During the operation, 85 people were identified, 40 of whom had a police record, 56 vehicles were checked, two of which were seized and one towed for illegal parking, and 13 violations of the Highway Code were contested for driving without a license since one had never been obtained, failure to comply with a stop sign, expired periodic inspection, prohibited parking and lack of insurance coverage.

During the service, the operators checked 4 clothing stores in via Dante, fining the respective owners for having illegally built non-movable shop windows on public land, for having installed awnings outside their premises and for having installed the advertising sign without the required authorizations; furthermore, one of them was fined for having installed a flower box on the road surface.

Finally, they checked a fishmonger's shop in the same street and fined the owner for food safety violations, seizing 200 kg of molluscs for lack of traceability requirements and imposing fines for a total of 1000 euros.
