Pisciott'Arte is now in its second edition, a festival that for an entire week will offer daily events and shows that will take place in the characteristic streets of the historic center of Pisciotta (SA) and the villages of its hamlets.
An entire country will become a stage and will host artists of all kinds, who with their interventions and workshops will show all the faces of art: from music, to dance, from theatre to cinema, passing through the visual arts, literature and soundscapes.
In particular, during the day of Saturday 18 June the public will be accompanied on a path called Hidden Spaces//Hidden Places, designed to make each stop a unique experience, in close contact with the artists.
“We called it Hidden Spaces//Hidden Places because through small-scale artistic interventions (installations, soundscapes, performances) we want to shift attention to public places, specifically identified for the event, which are normally outside the classic tourist routes that insist within the historic center and therefore little known and valued”.
With the aim of networking, Pisciott'Arte has established an open call for all artists who wish to participate in Hidden Spaces//Luoghi Nascosti.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OPEN CALL
Anyone who wants to participate in Hidden Spaces//Luoghi Nascosti can do so by submitting their own work or performance of painting, sculpture, sound installation, music, theatre, literature or any other form of art and communication.
VISUAL ART
The works, in the case of extemporaneous works, once completed must be able to remain available to Pisciott'Arte even after the artist's departure for a time to be determined.
PERFORMANCES (MUSIC, THEATER, READINGS)
The performances must be no longer than 15 minutes and the artists must have their own equipment; they are designed to be presented in an acoustic and unplugged format, but the artists are free to equip themselves with battery systems, if in their preferences.
