Raphael Caiazzo, 44-year-old man charged with double murder of son-in-law Luigi Cammisa and of the daughter-in-law, Maria Brigida Pesacane, 24 years old, he is locked up in the Poggioreale prison and, according to reports, he threatened suicide.
He is therefore under close observation by the penitentiary police. Caiazzo suspected that the two victims had a relationship, he also confessed it to his son, Alfonso Caiazzo, husband of Maria Brigida and father of two children.
But his family members allegedly told him to stop, explaining that those were just insinuations, saying that if he continued he would never see his grandson again. This is supposedly the reason why the man armed himself with a gun and killed the 29-year-old in the street.
Caiazzo, defended by theLawyer Luigi Ciocio, confessed to this murder, but not to the murder of Maria Brigida Pesacane, killed at home: the 44-year-old told investigators he did not remember. Tomorrow, meanwhile, at 9:30, the hearing to validate the arrest ordered by the Naples North prosecutor's office will be held. On Monday, June 12, instead, the assignment for the autopsy to be performed on the victims' bodies will be given.
