Blood emergency at Santobono-Pausilipon. Borrelli and Simioli appeal for Monday 6 November

In Campania there is a blood emergency again. The regional blood banks are again dangerously almost dry.

For this reason Europa Verde together with La Radiazza has decided to launch an appeal to gather the citizens at the pediatric hospital of Naples Santobono-Pausilipon for Monday 6 November at 11 am to donate blood to the little patients.

“Come in large numbers. Donating is a gesture of love and responsibility towards the community but also towards oneself. One day we, a friend, our mother, our wife, a love of ours, our child could be the ones who need blood. If everyone gives, everyone receives. It is a mechanism that people still need to understand well” - explain the deputy of the Green-Sinister Alliance Francesco Emilio Borrelli, a regular donor, and the radio host Gianni Simioli - “The most important thing is that you donate regularly and not only when you are called to the roll call, only in this way can we stop the emergency.”
