As part of the territorial control program of the Municipality of Caivano arranged by the Police of the Metropolitan City of Naples coordinated by Commander Lucia Rea, the officials and agents of the Corps have set up a task force which concerned, in particular, environmental police and traffic police activities and which saw the involvement, in the month of December, of various crews for a total of 50 units.
In the environmental sector, 15 companies were inspected: 6 businesses were seized for environmental crimes, whose perpetrators were reported to the Judicial Authorities, one business was warned not to continue operating, and 8 financial penalties were imposed totaling 94 thousand euros.

As part of traffic police checks, 489 vehicles were inspected in December, involving 655 individuals: 123 fines were issued for violations of the Highway Code totaling over 15 euros, 28 vehicles were seized, 16 vehicles were administratively seized for confiscation, and 29 vehicles were suspended from circulation.
The officials and agents of the Metropolitan Police then withdrew 19 licenses and made 22 reports to the Prefecture, as well as an administrative seizure for possession of narcotics.
