Died Roberto Fusciello, the 46-year-old hit by a headbutt in the face for trivial reasons on Sunday evening, in Cellole, in the province of Caserta, while he was outside a commercial establishment in Via Freda.
In the afternoon the doctors of theCivil Hospital of Caserta, where Roberto had been hospitalized for days in very serious conditions, have decreed his brain death with his heart having stopped beating. Roberto Fusciello, a carpenter by profession, separated and leaves behind three children.
The family arranged for the organs to be removed, as Roberto had decided to join AIDO (Italian Association of Organ Donation).

In the images, the 44-year-old can be seen, during the argument, first hitting the 46-year-old with slaps and punches and then headbutting him in the face, who, having fallen to the ground, remains unconscious. The victim was then rescued by medical personnel who arrived with the 118 ambulance and then transported to the hospital in Sessa Aurunca and then to Caserta where he died today.
