**Napoli InCanta: The event dedicated to the children's voices of the Pietà de' Turchini Foundation**
The fourth edition of Napoli InCanta – Teorie d'affetti, an event dedicated to children's voices and contemporary composition, will be held on March 8 and 9 as part of the Frequenze inaudite season, organized by the Fondazione Pietà de' Turchini with the artistic consultancy of Salvatore Murru and the collaboration of the Ministry of Education and Merit.
The Napoli InCanta – Teorie d'affetti review offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of children's choral practice and to foster dialogue between composers and conductors, immersing oneself in a soundscape rich in emotions and musical notes.
The opening night on March 8 at 19.00:XNUMX p.m. will feature “Conversations on choral practice and composition,” a virtual meeting with industry experts, broadcast digitally on www.turchini.it/live. The following day, at FOQUS – Fondazione Quartieri Spagnoli, a live concert will be held with the participation of five children’s choirs from different Italian regions.
During the virtual meeting on Friday, composers such as Bernardo Maria Sannino, Salvatore Della Vecchia, Claudio Ferrara, Paolo Orlandi and Pietro Ferrario will dialogue together with directors of renowned children's choirs. The pieces discussed will then be performed during the live review on Saturday.
The Saturday concert will feature the children's choir Le Voci del 48, the choir Le Quinte Parallele Scuola Primaria San Giovanni Battista di Roma, the children's choir Il Calicanto, the Piccolo Coro del Teatro A. Rendano di Cosenza and the children's choir of the Conservatorio San Pietro a Majella. These choirs will offer the public a unique musical experience, ranging from classical to popular repertoire, led by talented directors and accompanied by expert musicians.
