Irregularities found in elderly care home in Nusco

I Carabinieri they discovered several irregularities in a "group apartment" for the elderly in Nusco, managed by a local cooperative.

During an inspection, the military personnel of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Montella Company, together with their colleagues from the NAS of Salerno and the local station, have ascertained health, structural and functional deficiencies in the structure.

Lack of disabled facilities: Some rooms did not have a disabled bath or floor-level shower tray.

Lack of safety: No call bells near some beds.

Incomplete documentation: the cooperative did not have all the necessary documentation.

Administrative sanctions: various sanctions imposed on the cooperative for the irregularities found.
