“Castello di Carta” is the title of the book review that starts on Saturday 22nd March in Somma Vesuviana, a town a few kilometers from Naples.
Until Sunday 23rd, in the suggestive setting of the Castello d'Alagno, the Book and Publishing Fair will be held, a high-level event that has attracted dozens of publishing houses, authors, protagonists of the cultural debate.
The event was born within the framework of the “Una Somma di Libri” review, an event conceived by the Cartolibromania bookshop and Cultura a Colori, to valorise the book as a vehicle of culture and social aggregation.
The list of supporters of the “Castello di Carta” is extensive: from the Campania Region, to Rai, to the Associazione Campana Editori, to the Municipality of Somma Vesuviana, all committed to making the events of the two days possible. Of particular interest are the moments reserved for children's literature with the “Area Kids”, curated by Cartolibromania and La Scala dei sogni.
Young readers will have at their disposal workshops, animated readings and meetings with authors. The event is also an opportunity for young people who want to approach reading, discover Italian and foreign authors.
