In particular, on the evening of May 25, the Local Police officers had noticed, sitting at the tables of the commercial establishment, some young people intent on consuming some drinks, ascertaining, specifically, that a girl had shortly before purchased an alcoholic beverage without an employee of the commercial establishment asking her for an identification document despite the physical characteristics showing her to be a minor. Therefore, the operators had identified and administratively sanctioned both the owner and the employee of the aforementioned commercial establishment for having served alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18.

The measure, carried out today, is therefore aimed at averting a concrete danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
