Marco Dell'Utri, son of former Forza Italia founder Marcello Dell'Utri, is implicated in the investigation into AC Milan's ultra leaders, according to the documents from the second strand of the Milan Prosecutor's Office's investigation into organized fan support.
Investigation that last led to the arrest of Daniele Cataldo, Luca Lucci's right-hand man, for criminal association and attempted murder of Enzo Anghinelli on April 12, 2019 in via Cadore.
According to a report from the Flying Squad and the arrest warrant, Dell'Utri Jr. is described as a “business partner” of Giancarlo Lombardi, known as 'Sandokan', historic leader of the 'Guerrieri Ultras' group and until 2018 a “brotherly partner” of Lucci, head of Milan's south curve, before the two came into conflict over the leadership of the organised fans.
During an internal feud, on the night between January 11 and 12, 2024, eight of Lucci's men, including Cataldo, Francesco Lucci, Marco 'Pacio' Pacini and the concert organizer for Fedez, Hagag Islam, organized an attack against 'Sandokan'.
They find him in the Old Fashion nightclub in Milan, where he is with one of the sons of Nazzareno Calajò, boss of the Barona, sworn enemy of the Lucci gang.
'Sandokan' manages to escape thanks to the help of the bouncers and other people present, including Marco Jacopo Alessandro Dell'Utri, a 43-year-old entrepreneur born in Switzerland, active in the music and film industry, and son of the former senator sentenced to 7 years for external association with a mafia organization. The following morning, Lucci's men are intercepted.
“He is a brother to me, I didn't know anything,” Dell'Utri jr. reportedly said to the head of the South, after having explained to him why the attack on Lombardi had failed.
They would have replied: “We are neither threatening you nor saying that you must not see him anymore” but “with all the people in Milan with whom you could have formed a company, you have chosen a real… piece of shit”.
