Nine ultras from Cavese have been subjected to a stay-at-home order, notified by the police officers of the police station of c, in collaboration with the Digos and other units of the Salerno Police Headquarters.
The measure was issued in reference to events that occurred on September 29 during the Serie C match between Cavese and Latina. The investigation, coordinated by the Nocera Inferiore investigative office, highlighted that the group of ultras attacked the police officers employed on public order duty during the event.
The suspects, disguised and armed with sticks, glass bottles and smoke bombs, violently attacked the police officers, including setting off a large firecracker near the officers.
Following these riots, the Police Chief of Salerno issued a five-year Daspo to the nine suspects, with the obligation to sign for some of them. The restrictive measure provides that they cannot leave the municipality of residence during sporting events involving the team. The investigations aim to collect further investigative elements through ongoing searches.

It is a very serious fact what happened in Cavese, but I wonder if the measures are severe enough. People must understand that violence is not the solution. Let's hope that the investigations lead to clear results.
