Arpaia – Luigi Floriano, 39 years old, known to the police and known in the environment with the nickname of “Gino and the little pichietella”, was released from prison: the decision was taken by the Surveillance Magistrate of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, who accepted the request presented by his lawyer, Vittorio Fucci.
Floriano was being held in the prison of Arienzo in execution of a prison order resulting from the accumulation of several convictions that became definitive over the years. After the judge's decision, he was able to leave the detention facility, returning to freedom.
Floriano's release from prison marks a new chapter in his long legal history, which has seen him involved in criminal proceedings several times. It remains to be seen whether the measure will have future developments or whether the man will still have to face further legal issues.

The magistrate's decision on Floriano was very questionable, but I think everyone has the right to a second chance. I don't know if he will be able to use this freedom in a positive way or not.
