Vitulazio – The five urban Daspo orders issued by the Caserta Police Chief against the people involved in the brawl that took place on March 20 were notified this morning by the Carabinieri of the Vitulazio Station.
The recipients of the measure, five individuals aged between 22 and 37, were the protagonists of a violent brawl that broke out for trivial reasons during the evening movida. The fight began inside a bar in the center of Vitulazio and then continued in the nearby Piazza Riccardo II.
The episode was reconstructed thanks to the images from the video surveillance cameras, which allowed the Carabinieri to identify and report the participants. Based on the detailed report transmitted by the military, the Police Chief of Caserta issued the provisions of "prohibition of access to specific public establishments or places of public entertainment", known as urban Daspo.
The five individuals affected by the measure will not be able to access public establishments for the supply of beverages, including alcoholic beverages, nor purchase sweets and delicatessen products in bars, cafes, ice cream parlors and pastry shops in the area affected by the brawl. The ban will be in force from 17:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. in the areas adjacent to the site of the incident.
