Castellammare – At the end of a long and complex judicial investigation, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Torre Annunziata has set the pre-trial hearing before Judge Antonello Anzalone for June 18, against BA, a selected corporal serving with the Torre Annunziata Carabinieri Company.
The soldier from Castellammare di Stabia had threatened to "fire three gunshots at AL, a lawyer from Castellammare di Stabia who had rushed to the residence of his ex-wife ZM to help her", as reported in the decree ordering the trial.
