During the night between Friday and Saturday, the officers of the Secondigliano Police Station arrested a 35-year-old Neapolitan man on charges of stalking his ex-partner.
The intervention was triggered by a report to the State Police Operations Room regarding a disturbing individual in the area. Officers quickly arrived on the scene and found a visibly agitated woman who, along with her young daughter, reported the man for repeated threats and physical assaults, a behavior that had occurred in the past.
Thanks to the promptness of the agents, the alleged perpetrator was identified and stopped on the spot. After the usual checks, he was put in handcuffs. The episode once again underlines the importance of reporting and the rapid intervention of the police to combat domestic violence and protect the victims.
