A story of pain and hope is moving the entire community. Blanco, the dog brutally burned with boiling oil in Sala Consilina, is receiving care and love thanks to the solidarity of a doctor from Salerno who responded to the appeal launched by theOIPA (International Organization for Animal Protection).
The appeal, released in recent days, asked for financial aid to support the huge veterinary expenses necessary for the recovery of the puppy. The person who responded was a doctor of Salerno, an animal lover, who covered the entire amount needed for the treatment by donating 2.000 €. The man, who wanted to keep theanonymity, moved the association's volunteers with his noble gesture.
Blanco, victim of an act of cruelty, is facing a long journey of treatment, but can now count on the support of those who have chosen to help him without hesitation. The little dog, after having known violence, is experiencing thelove , generosity of those who, like the doctor from Salerno, wanted to lend a hand without even knowing him.
Despite the generous donation, the volunteers of theOIPA of Vallo di Diano continue to raise funds to help other animals in need. Blanco is just one of many cases that require assistance and care. “Let's all help Blanco together on his journey to rebirth” – is the appeal of the volunteers – “Even with a small donation, we can guarantee care and love to those who, like him, have experienced human cruelty but deserve to be reborn.”

It's really sad what happened to Blanco, a dog who suffered a lot. I hope his story helps raise awareness on how to treat animals with love and respect, they should never be mistreated.
