A sweeping operation by the Carabinieri of the Castellammare di Stabia company, engaged in a series of searches that led to the seizure of over 8 kilos of drugs and the arrest of a young man with no criminal record.
The 20-year-old was stopped outside his home and subjected to a check. The investigations then continued in his home, where the military found and seized a veritable cache of narcotics: 1,2 kilos of hashish, 1,15 kilos of marijuana and 350 grams of cocaine.
Also recovered were a precision scale and drug packaging material. The young man was arrested and transferred to prison, at the disposal of the judicial authorities.

During the same activities, the police they made another important seizure in the old town of Castellammare. In a condominium cellar of a building, 5,3 kilos of hashish were found, divided into 79 blocks and 117 ovules, all packaged with colored labels. The drug was seized, but at the moment it has not been possible to trace the responsible parties.
Investigations continue to identify any connections and dismantle the drug dealing network in the area.

It is important that law enforcement do these operations to stop drug trafficking, but I wonder how it is possible that young people are involved in these illegal activities. We need more prevention and education.
