The Campania dairy company Sorì will be Rimini, from 18 to 22 January, on the occasion of the 46th edition of the Sigep World, the international reference event for Foodservice, which will see the participation of 160 countries and over 1200 exhibitors.

All professionals who work in synergy with the Sorì family in the selection and choice of dairy products best suited to the different processes, the different combinations and the creation of new pizzas.
Thus, on the occasion of Sigep, each of them will offer guests and visitors pizzas made with products selected from the wide range signed by Sorì.
In particular, the quality and yield of products such as Slow-Maturation Fior di Latte and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP will be highlighted.
It will also be an opportunity to present Bella, the latest Sorì innovation, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP born from the collaboration with Master Pizza Chef Ciro Salvo and designed specifically for pizza.
