The Campania dairy company Sorì will be in Rimini, from 18 to 22 January, on the occasion of the 46th edition of Sigep World, an international reference event for the Foodservice sector, which will see the participation of 160 countries and over 1200 exhibitors.
At the Sorì stand, number 063 in Hall B8, some of the most prestigious names in the world of pizza will alternate: Ciro Salvo of 50 Kalò; Giacomo Garau of Olio&Basilico; Giammarco Ambrifi and Antonio Visentin of Pizzeria della Passeggiata; Luigi Santagata and Marco Pece of Vino e Biga; Giovanni Senese of Pizzeria Senese; Antonio Sorbillo of Pizzeria Antonio Sorbillo; Federico Visinoni of Fermento – Pizza & Bolle; Marco Coppola of the pizzeria Coppola's Bakery and Vincenzo Abbate of Pizzeria Vincenzo Abbate.
All professionals who work in synergy with the Sorì family in the selection and choice of dairy products best suited to the different processes, the different combinations and the creation of new pizzas.
Thus, on the occasion of Sigep, each of them will offer guests and visitors pizzas made with products selected from the wide range signed by Sorì.
In particular, the quality and yield of products such as Slow-Maturation Fior di Latte and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP will be highlighted.
It will also be an opportunity to present Bella, the latest Sorì innovation, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP born from the collaboration with Master Pizza Chef Ciro Salvo and designed specifically for pizza.
