Naples - Convened by the Prefect of Naples, Michele di Bari, the Rescue Coordination Center met this morning to monitor the results of carbon dioxide concentration measurements in school buildings in the Phlegraean Fields conducted by the fire department and the Vesuvius Observatory.
The meeting was attended by the mayors of Pozzuoli and Bacoli, representatives of the City of Naples, the fire department, the director of the Vesuvius Observatory, the director of the Regional School Office, the director of the ASL Napoli 1 Centro and the representative of the ASL Napoli 2 Nord, and representatives of the police force.
It was learned that the further inspection by the firefighters did not reveal any critical issues.
