The "Fo Teatro" theater series continues its journey of innovation with its second performance scheduled for Friday, March 14th at 21:00 PM at the Teatro Delle Arti in Salerno. Under the artistic direction of Antonello Ronga and Chiara Natella, the show brings to the stage "La Cara Dei Vecchi," a production by Idra Teatro, conceived by Elvira Buonocore.
“La Cara Dei Vecchi”: An Emotional Exploration
Directed by Pino Carbone, the play tells the story of a young thirty-year-old woman struggling with everyday life with her two elderly grandparents. The plot examines the tensions between desire and responsibility in childcare and the generational influence on the new generations. The themes explore love, responsibility and the weight of family expectations.
A meeting between theatre and cinema
The show integrates the languages of theater and cinema in a fusion that invites the spectator to reflect on social and personal conventions. The protagonist interacts with a film that represents her life, offering an innovative and personal perspective.
An exceptional cast
Anna Carla Broegg's performance promises to transport the audience into the complex life of the main character. The music by Antonio Maiuri and Marco Messina, together with the stage space and costumes designed by Pino Carbone, further enrich the production. The event is organized by Maria Pia Valentini, with the technical supervision of Francesco Troise.
