NAPLES – On the eve of the challenge between Naples and Florence, Antonio Conte reiterates the need to transform words into concrete actions: “What changed this week? Nothing”, declared the Italian coach in a press conference. "We continued to train with the same intensity. Words are carried away by the wind, only what we do on the pitch matters."
After the good performance against Inter, Tale emphasizes the importance of continuity: “Playing well against the team to beat was a positive sign, but if we then look at the draw with Como we become weaker. Consistency is the key to winning trophies.” The Italian coach does not hide his ambition: “The goal is to make our fans are proud. Sometimes we succeeded, sometimes less so. In the last month we have collected four draws and one defeat. Even a draw is half a disappointment, for me it is half a defeat. We must get the three points”.
Conte then spoke about his bond with Naples: "Experiencing the city and its moods is fundamental. I'm not the type of coach who finishes training and goes home. I want to immerse myself in the reality in which I work, it helps to understand the dynamics of the environment and to socialize. Naples offers so much and I try to experience it with my family." Finally, a thought for the fans: “The only thing I hear is 'thank you' for what we are doing. This is what really matters: to convey to the players the mentality of giving everything on the pitch, of always go out with a sweaty shirt".

I read the article and it seems to me that Conte is right, but sometimes words are not enough. The team must be more consistent and not just shine in some games, otherwise they won't win trophies. More effort is needed.
