Naples – A 56-year-old Neapolitan man with a criminal record was arrested yesterday afternoon by the State Police on charges of sexual assault.
The incident occurred on board a train, near the Cavalleggeri D'Aosta railway station, where officers from the Bagnoli Police Station intervened following a report.
According to the reconstruction, the man allegedly molested a young passenger, attempting to photograph her private parts during the trip. The victim, realizing the aggressor's intentions, managed to contact her father, who promptly alerted the police.
The officers, who arrived on the scene quickly, stopped the 56-year-old, putting an end to the episode.
After the usual checks, the man was arrested and is now at the disposal of the judicial authorities. The timely intervention of the Police allowed the minor to be protected and the person responsible to be brought to justice.

It's incredible how these things happen, but people should be more careful when traveling by train. Even if it's not right what that man did, there are always complicated situations that lead to this.
