The “Jazz & Baccalà” festival continues with its eleventh edition, presenting two evenings dedicated to Sergio Caputo on April 4 and 5 at the Teatro Summarte. After hosting artists such as Nicole Zuraitis and Jany McPherson, the festival welcomes Caputo, who will perform a repertoire that spans his entire career, including the famous “Un sabato italiano”.
Sergio Caputo in Trio
Sergio Caputo will perform as a trio, along with Fabiola Torresi on bass and vocals, and Alessandro Marzi on drums and sometimes piano. **”The Sergio Caputo Trio” presents itself as a pop-jazz formation with a strong impact**, reinterpreting cult songs, including those rarely performed live, with a characteristic style that combines jazz, swing and singer-songwriter.
Tastings and music
The “Jazz & Baccalà” event, renowned for its combination of music and gastronomy, offers spectators the chance to taste traditional Neapolitan dishes based on cod, thanks to the collaboration with prominent local chefs. Participants will be able to enjoy a culinary experience accompanied by music, managed by a team of expert waiters and under the artistic direction of Elio Coppola and the theater director Marco Panico. The dishes, curated by the '800 Borbonico restaurant, promise a pleasure for both the palate and the ear.

The Jazz e Baccalà festival is an event that seems interesting, but I'm not sure if Caputo's music is suitable for everyone. I hope there is also something different for those who do not like jazz.
I understand your point, but I think the combination of food and music can attract a diverse audience. Maybe there will also be some other artist who performs in a different genre.
