The transfer of the company shares of Salernitana into the hands of Danilo Iervolino is scheduled for tomorrow. In a notary's office in Salerno, the deed that will officially mark the beginning of the adventure of the Campania entrepreneur at the helm of the Campania company will be signed.
The former founder of the Unipegaso telematic university, last December 31, had presented a binding offer of 10 million euros, paying a deposit of 500 thousand euros. A proposal that was considered the most advantageous by the trustees Susanna Isgro' and Paolo Bertoli who accepted it a few minutes before the beginning of 2022.
After the last bureaucratic steps, the process to complete the sale has accelerated, also to allow the Campania entrepreneur to intervene on the market. Tomorrow morning, barring unforeseen circumstances, there will be the signing of the deed with which the trustees will deliver Salernitana into the hands of Iervolino who, in the meantime, has already filled in the first boxes.
The task of strengthening the staff will fall to Walter Sabatini who will take the place of the general manager Angelo Fabiani.
