Over the last three days, officers from the General Prevention Office and local police personnel have carried out checks in the “chalet” area of Mergellina and in Largo Sermoneta.
And during the checks, 415 people were identified, of which 122 with police records, 144 vehicles were checked and 25 violations of the Highway Code were contested for driving without a license because it had never been obtained, driving with a license other than the one required, driving with an expired license, lack of insurance coverage and failure to show circulation documents; in addition, a driving license was withdrawn.
Finally, the operators reported two people, one of whom for failure to comply with the ban on returning to the Municipality of Napoli to which she is subjected and the other for carrying weapons or objects capable of causing offence since she was found in possession of a 16 cm long folding knife.
