After a period of pause, the talented singer Big Effe returns to the music scene with a new overwhelming energy. During his period of absence he experienced a profound period of change and reflection, an inner journey that has shaped his art in a surprising way.
So, BigEffe's return marks a new chapter in his career, a watershed that has transformed him into an even more passionate artist. And while he continues his musical journey, supported by the FUMO label, after the summer there will be the next chapter of this extraordinary musical story.
8:30 (Head spinning) is the new single by Big Effe produced by Daniele Franzese and Jeff. The text tells the story of a hangover on an ordinary morning, which begins the usual routine made of fears and anxieties for the future where the desire to turn the page finds space.
Despite the desire for redemption, it's like remaining trapped in the same infinite loop in which your head spins so much that it gets confused with the disco memories of the previous evening. The refuge from this malaise is a 'bouquet' of flowers, to calm down, lie down and not think about anything anymore.

BIOGRAPHY
Big Effe, real name Fabio Sgambato, rapper from Visciano (Na), in 2017 made himself known in the national rap scene thanks to the collaboration in Tritolo Mixtape with Clementino as leader, a collection of the most interesting promises of the Neapolitan scene. He was present in the mixtape with the song “Tra sogno e fantasia”.
Between 2019 and 2022 with Maik Brain he is the open act for all the live shows of Clementino's Tarantelle Tour and in the same years he publishes the EP Radio FM always in collaboration with the producer Maik Brain.
In the summer of 2020 he released the single Whatsapp feat. Clementino and Maik Brain, attracting the attention of the public and then published “Umile”. In 2022, with two exceptional guests such as Clementino and Nerone, he released “O' faccio buono'” which in a few months reached hundreds of thousands of streams. In July 2022 Big Effe also released “'O nomme” with the production of Jeff, a song that continues to follow the banger trail.
At the end of 2022 Big Effe chooses to decidedly change the mood with "Tu te ne vai", an intimate song that talks about love. Producing it is Endly, Rnla and Daniele Franzese.
At the end of this musical cycle, "2022G" is released in December 5, the EP which contains the 4 songs and the new single "Mme chiamme" ft l'Elfo.
