Yesterday morning, the officers of the Police Station Giugliano-Villaricca carried out a blitz aimed at checking vehicles used for school transport.
The operation, aimed at ensuring the safety of students, led to the identification of several irregularities.
Three drivers were fined and their vehicles were subjected to administrative seizure.
In detail:
First driver: without the required authorizations and with non-approved rear seats. Penalized for improper use of the vehicle, withdrawal of the registration document and administrative seizure of the vehicle.
Second driver: driving with a license not suitable for the type of vehicle. Penalized with administrative seizure of the vehicle.
Third driver: without a vehicle registration document and a permit to operate the vehicle. Fined.
The police intervention underlines the commitment of law enforcement to guarantee the safety of the little ones, especially during the journey to and from school.
