The Carabinieri of the Castellabate station (Salerno) have executed an order implementing the precautionary measure of removal from the family home against a 46-year-old local man. The man is being investigated for mistreatment in the family.
According to the reconstruction, the 46-year-old allegedly subjected his mother to repeated mistreatment. The measure of removal from the family home was ordered by the investigating judge of the Court of Vallo della Lucania at the request of the Valais Public Prosecutor's Office.
