Caivano. The hearing of the trial at the Juvenile Court of Napoli, which sees four of the seven boys involved in the rapes of the two accused little cousins since Green Park of Caivano, has been postponed to December 9th.
The four young people are part of the group who have shown signs of remorse, and their lawyers have asked the judge to consider the possibility of accessing probation, a measure that extinguishes the crime after a certain period.
The decision of the Juvenile Court was taken pending the ruling of the Constitutional Court on the legitimacy of some provisions contained in the Caivano decree, after some exceptions were raised in a trial in Florence.
For the gang violence suffered by the two girls, two adults and three minors have already been sentenced, in the first instance, on 5 and 12 July respectively.
