In the approximately 200 pages of the precautionary order signed by the investigating judge Maria Rosaria Aufieri, the criminal episodes that have bloodied Pianura in recent years are recounted, and which have seen Emanuele Marsicano as the absolute negative protagonist.

When I get out, I won't think about you anymore, and then you will be in trouble!"
Addressing Massimiliano, Marsicano makes it clear that he considers himself the absolute master of the neighborhood and of all its inhabitants, who, he says, must submit to his orders:
“I command all of Pianura, not just one person and one person no, but all of Pianura, starting with my own comrades. I put them all in their place!”
He also refers to those who currently hold control of the area, recalling that, in the past, when he was free, they did not dare to leave their homes for fear:
“When I was there, I would run over these guys. They wouldn't even come down to the street!”
In an intimidating tone, he continues by emphasizing that, even if he has to serve a sentence of ten or fifteen years, sooner or later he will be released from prison: “Brother, don't forget that I have an association and an attempted murder. Ten, fifteen years and then I'll get out. It's not that you're saying 'that guy won't get out anymore'. And if I don't get out, then you know what I'll do? I say kill everyone!”.
Marsicano is aware that his detention will have an end and for this reason he underlines the importance that those who are outside continue to follow his "line" of command. Otherwise, once free, he will be ready to take revenge:
“If you want to follow my line, stick to that line. Because if you don’t, when I go out… don’t forget that I have all my material well hidden. I don’t need anything: with fifteen shots I can fix everything!”

To dispel any doubts about the retaliations he is ready to inflict, he reiterates: “I will take them down and kill them all. Because I am in charge in Pianura, and no one else!”. He also recalls illicit episodes from the past, reminding his interlocutor: “Don’t forget that only you and I locked those up there, at Cannavino, inside. Don’t forget that I have 5 or 6 crosses behind my back, not a 5 or 6. I won’t tell you what I did, or bro, what I did I keep inside me”.
In the final part of the conversation, Marsicano declares that, once free, he will transform Pianura into a “Baghdad” and that “he must take that Pino… Pino Grazioli, and squeeze him like a lemon and then throw him out into the street”.
In fact, journalist Pino Grazioli had published some posts on social media in July 2022 regarding the discovery of Andrea Covelli's body. In the posts, comments from unidentified individuals had appeared attributing the murder to members of the Marsicano/Calone/Esposito group.
In this regard, Marsicano had commented allusively: "This time I'm not throwing him into the woods (countryside)", implying that a similar method had already been used previously. It is no coincidence that Covelli's body had been found in a wooded area.
