Since 2021, the regency of the Amato Pagano clan has been assumed, under the direction and coordination of Debora Amato (daughter of Rosaria Pagano and Pietro Amato), by Gennaro Liguori (husband of Raffaele Amato's niece, born in 1965), supported by Enrico Bocchetti (son-in-law of Cesare Pagano) until his arrest, and by Emanuele Cicalese (son-in-law of Raffaele Amato, born in 1965) until his transfer to Spain.
This is what emerges from the more than 360 pages of the precautionary order signed yesterday by the investigating judge Isabella Iaselli and which led to the imprisonment of 53 people (10 of whom were under house arrest) including bosses and affiliates of the Scissionisti gang who had control of the illicit activities in Melito, Mugnano and part of Scampia and Secondigliano.
These are members of the Amato-Pagano family, with roles as promoters and organizers of the clan. Subsequently, the regency was assumed by Domenico Romano (Deborah Amato's husband), supported by historical affiliates who carried out tasks of coordination of the illicit activities and/or regency of the territorial articulations of the clan, including Antonio Pompilio, Vincenzo Nappi (killed in an ambush on January 23, 2023), Carlo Calzone and Maurizio Errichelli.
Main roles:
- Deborah Loved: Boss and promoter, with the role of free contact on the territory of the Amato-Pagano family, responsible for maintaining relations with the detained bosses and, on the basis of their indications, coordinating illicit activities and ensuring compliance with the clan's strategic guidelines.
- Gennaro Liguori: Chief and promoter, regent (or co-regent) of the clan and highest operational representative of the Amato-Pagano family. He has the task of preparing general strategies, coordinating the top with the affiliates and preserving the unity of the clan.
- Henry Bocchetti: Boss and promoter, representative of the family with the task of organizing and managing drug dealing and extortion activities in Melito. After the murder of Vincenzo Nappi, he assumed the role of contact for Melito until his arrest (June 23, 2023).
- Emanuel Cicalese: Leader and promoter, representative of the family and organizer of drug trafficking. He acted as an external interlocutor for the clan.
- Domenico Romano: Leader and promoter, with the task of preparing the general guidelines of the clan's activities and coordinating the top representatives of the Amato-Pagano family with the affiliates.
- Anthony Pompilio: Leader, promoter and organizer, operational representative of the clan with specific responsibilities in international drug trafficking and in the coordination of territorial branches.
- Charles Calzone: Leader, promoter and organizer, regent of the Mugnano territory, responsible for extortion activities.
- Maurizio Errichelli: Leader, promoter and organizer, regent of the Melito territory after the arrest of Enrico Bocchetti, with tasks of managing drug dealing activities.
Supporting roles:
- Raffaele Capasso: Organizer, manager of the clan's cash register and responsible for distributing the "mesate" to the affiliates.
- Luigi Diano: Organizer, contact person for the Naples-Secondigliano-Scampia area, coordinator of drug dealing activities in the operational areas.
- Silvio Padrevita: Organizer, operative in territorial control and drug dealing in Scampia.
- Vincenzo Imparato: Participant, responsible for drug dealing activities and representative of the Amato-Pagano family.
- Carmine Raffaele Caso: Participant, with the task of forwarding communications between affiliates and top management.
- Alessandro DeCicco: Participant, with territorial control tasks in Scampia, Melito and Mugnano.
- Arturo Vastarelli: Participant, trusted man of the historical leaders of the clan.
- Vincenzo Mangiapili: Participant, coordinator of extortion activities in Mugnano.
- Gennaro Gallucci: Participant, responsible for extortion in Mugnano.
- Anthony Brown: Participant, operative in drug trafficking and extortion in Mugnano.
- Gaetano Pezzella: Participant, active in extortion in Mugnano.
- Alfonso Riccio: Participant, with coordination tasks between operational groups.
- Charles Troncone: Participant, active in extortion in Mugnano.
- Anthony Pandolfi: Participant, operative in the control of the territory and in drug dealing in Scampia.
- Gennaro Diano: Participates, supports illegal activities in Scampia.
- Salvatore Silvestri: Participant, responsible for managing judicial auctions and the clan's real estate activities.
- Antonio Minale: Participates in monitoring real estate auctions for the clan.
- Anthony Del Bono: Participation, logistical support and supply of vehicles for the clan.
- Maurizio Grandelli: Participated, management of drug dealing activities in Melito and support for the clan's finances.
- Luciano DeLuca: Participant, operational in territorial control and drug trafficking.
- Maria Jevremovic: Participates in and supports extortion and drug dealing activities.
- Luigi Tutino: Participant, operational in the control of the territory and in extortion activities.
- Francis Of The Gaggia: Participant, operational in drug dealing and territorial control activities.
- Pasquale Furiano: Participated, supported extortion activities in Melito.
- Francis Rinaldi: Participant, active in the management of extortion related to TLE smuggling in Melito.
- Salvatore Sarnataro: Participant, support for extortion in Melito.
- Rosario Lacomino: Participant, active in drug dealing in Melito.
- Cosimo Marino: Participant, control of the territory in Mugnano.
- Concetta Sanguinetti: Participates, supports in reporting and custody of illicit proceeds.
- Emanuel DeStefano: Participant, operative in drug dealing in Melito.
- Raffaele Tutino: Participated in and supported drug dealing activities in Melito, collaborating with his brother Luigi Tutino.
