Caserta. A 22-year-old from Caserta was arrested by the State Police for mistreatment of his partner.
The woman, found in a state of shock and with facial injuries by the Flying Squad police officers on the side of the road, decided to report the man, the father of her two minor children. The complaint revealed that the violence, both physical and psychological, had continued for years.
The man, already known to the police for previous convictions, was arrested and transferred to the county jail of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. Subsequently, the judge validated the arrest, ordering the 22-year-old to remain in Caserta and to periodically report to the judicial police.

The situation is very sad and makes you think about how certain things can happen even between people who should love each other. I hope that the woman will be able to recover and that the children will be protected from this abuse.
